Maybe a dumb question but i found controversial information online, lol. Is this phone considered a "smartphone"? I dont have a data plan with at&t and dont plan to get one but every phone i have found that i like is a smart phone and much have a data plan attached if you are under contract. :/ So i want to check before i decide to bid and cant use it. Thanks!
lol - but the can you use or DL apps on to it like on the iphone or android? I have apps on my iPhone 4S (can't get service right now for it - *sighs* other wise I'd be using it and not looking at this one lol) ... But I have game apps and other apps on it that I like ... So which is it most like, the iPhone or the android market when it comes to apps?
