Watermelon Radish is both unusually attractive and very tasty. It is very mild tasting and pairs well with nearly anything. Will grow as large as a tennis ball if planted in the Fall, and remains excellent for the table. If used in a Spring planting it needs to be harvested earlier than full growth (around golf ball size is good), as it tends to go to seed in warm weather if allowed to get larger. A great choice as a first vegetable to grow, it is a quick harvest (45 days), and will mature under nearly any condition with little care. 50 seeds are in this pack.
