Created by Joan Linden. Paid $20 at Toys r Us, but waited too long. Great for children under 30 mos, I think. My daughter took it right off, but she's a very.....very determined lil lady! I think she was almost 3 when I tried this. So it has never been used. And Baby's r Us is too far away. So thought I'd lust it. Will ship free... out of box, with directions. US only Def. A GREAT alternative to the God awful leash!

Oh,no. It has 2 comfortable wrist straps. 1 for you and 1 for the child. I would strongly recommend that you google it to get the best description. Theres like a retractable cord between the 2 of you once you connect the wrist straps together. it's actually a really great gizmo!

an excellent invention! I only wish I bought it when my daughter was younger. would have saved so many stroller tantrums!

Nifty! I like this so much better than the traditional leash. I used to be a nanny for a child with William's Syndrome and using a leash was a must. Wish this had been around 15 years ago. Definitely watching!
