My wonderful husband is from Guatemala and I was so blessed to learn his culture and I want to share a piece of that with you! Mole is a condiment (like thick yummy gravy) that is mostly used with chicken or pork ( I stuff my tamales with mole!) this recipe is called pipian and doesn't have chocolate added like other mole recipes..This is a family recipe that my mother-in-law gave to me, so please enjoy! that i know of my moms doesnt use choclate but peanut butter it does
