By "Only Necessities" this is a pretty blue cotton/poly blend tunic. Tag size is 2X, but this label runs big, so is comparable to 26/28 or 3X in other brands. Length from shoulder is approx 29 1/2, hip width almost 30" measured across. Gently worn once or twice, in excellent condition. From a smoke/pet free environment.
