2 front zipper pockets, 4 inside pockets w/ 2 side pockets on the inside, then the back pouch on the back of the diaper bag.

*Missing* the changing pad.

Used a good bit with my 23 month old son but still in great condition. Washed and cleaned.

My fiancee had no problem carrying it around he helped pick it so that he would be ok with it :) so it is manly enough lol.
