if it is under 13 oz. usps ships it first class (less than $3.00 to most places), and DC is an extra 85 cents

a yellow bubble envelope... plus 1.95 ship is what I charge.. plus paypal fee.. so thats a good price... a bubble envelope is 1.50..
i was just charging 1.95.. but paypal takes a portion of that.. so just some fyi.. paypal will take some money out. id keep it at 3.00
