Theres nothing inside except a few air bubbles its solid glass

The reason I asked is because I have a solid glass cat with 2 red fish in it's belly. I also have a solid glass 'plastic bag' with a red and blue trimmed fish in it's belly also. So I wondered what the fish would have in it's belly! I see now that someone drew on it with a marker.

I dont know it nail polish remover would take it off or not I'm not sure what kind of paint was used.
