This is beautiful. I wish my camera was better, so you could truly see this beautiful piece! I am hoping to get a new camera with income tax, anyone got any suggestions on a good camera? Anyway, sorry, this auction is for a Cherry Quartz pendulum. Pendulums can be used in many ways. I will add more info once someone bids. There is not enough room here, lol. This piece is amazing, I can promise you that. Ohh and Elephants are lucky in many cultures, so that"s even better!!!

We have a smoke free home. We are pet friendly, but I keep everything I plan to post, and do post, in a large tub, so they cannot get to it. The color differences are due from me using flash and no flash and trying to show different colors within the stone itself and how it picks up its background.

I am sorry you have such a sad heart, but they are waiting for us in heaven and watching over us till we get there. They are our angels. I truly believe that. I have my grandfathers purple hearts from the war, he was a general. And I have his first wedding band he wore when he made his first trip to Asia. I also have a hand painted picture he had made for her based on a picture he had of the two of them. It looks exactly like the original. I am hoping to have the money soon to at least get it in some protective paper.

Charmed74K...I have a Nikon D5100 Digital Camera...it really depends on how much you you are wanting to spend on a GOOD camera...I bought mine in 2011 and it cost me 900 bucks but there are less expensive ones you can buy that are still pretty good...Oh BTW love this pendulum..Cherry Quartz is one of my favorites!! Hello, while quartz in general is natural, "cherry" quartz is supposedly man-made. Can you confirm that this cherry quartz piece is natural and not manmade? And yes, I did look on wikipedia, as well as here: http://old-earth.com/cherry.html (note of manmade-ness on bottom right of page), and on this link, also: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_th_meaning_of_cherry_quartz Please do not misunderstand, I am not trying to bother you, I am trying to see if what I'm bidding on is what I need, so to avoid disgruntlement afterwards. I have no clue as to go about finding proof hun. I was told when I bought the pieces to make the pendulums, that the stones were all genuine, but i do not see how I can prove it besides the fact it looks real to me, and I know my stones. I have worked with them for almost 20 years.

I do actually, This stone has also been called strawberry quartz as well as cherry quartz, maybe you have heard it called that before. Strawberry/Cherry quartz gets its color from inclusions of various forms of iron oxide, and that also gives it the lines you see within the stone itself. The lines are hard to see in the pictures but easier to see in person. That's why the title says rare, because real Cherry quartz is hard to come by and expensive if the owner knows what they have. I also used the term amazing because I LOVE this stone and I think it is amazing how the color has shapes within it. But that's just me, lol. I love stones. They are God's gifts to us and I have studied them my whole life and am still learning new things about them every day!
