Hi. This is a beautiful 70 x 8 silk scarf by Vera Neuman. It is from the 1960's or late 50's. Vera Neumann was an American artist and entrepreneur. She started her multi-million dollar company by making silk scarfs out of parachute silk from an army surplus store during WWII. Marliyn Monroe and Grace Kelly wore her designs. This scarf features a vivd red, black and white colors. No fading at all. It is difficult for my camera to capture all the detail of this large scarf, so please enlarge the pictures. I am auctioning a few of my vintage items. It is in excellent vintage condition. I have already cleaned and pressed it. Pet-free and smoke-free. Thanks
