The listing, Fisherman's Recipes has ended.

I will email to the winning bidder 10 of my family's favorite fish recipes starring your fresh caught (or bought) Bass, Catfish,Crappies, Perch and Rockfish. I grew up in Minnesota (Land of 10,000 Lakes) and fishing was a family affair. Recently transplanted here to the eastern Shores of Maryland where they make some devine Rockfish. I will email to winner either through Listia or your personal email within 24 hours of auction end. If you like to fish or you know a fisherman who likes to cook you can't go wrong with one of these recipes from my family's private collection. These recipes are mine and are only to be used by the winner for personal use or gifting, not to be published in any cookbook or recipe site online. Here on the eastern Shore of Maryland the sun is shining and that is such a nice way to start the week. Here is one of the recipes from my collection here so you can all give it a try out and you don't even have to bid. Hope you have a great week and thanks for stopping by!
Baked Crappie
4 crappies
1/4 cup melted Butter
1/2 teaspoon salt mixed with 1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper seasoning and 1/4 tsp Paprika.
Wash and dry the fish and put into a greased and foil lined pan. Mix the seasonings into the butter and pour over the fish. Bake at 350*F for 25-30 minutes. Don't over cook.
