Well then, what sort of play time does the game have? Is it possible to play through in one sitting?

Hmm, well you could always play it in a DS and have your DS charging at all times? Or if you have a GBA SP. I'm not sure on the play time. It would vary greatly on the cards you get after the duels. Usually you have to beat all the duelists in a given tier 5 times each to unlock the next tier. I'm almost positive you wouldn't be able to beat the game in 1 sitting.
