The only needle sizes I have are the 16, 14, and 12- but the nose studs are a lot smaller, probably around a 20 or 22G. I apologize.

Yes, you can. I pierced my belly with a 12g and put in 14g jewelry.

I have no 12g jewelry, sorry. The labrets aren't super long, so. I don't think they'd be good for the cheek piercings.
