Climbing Spinach is just fantastic, plant 4 seeds and put a tomato cage above them and watch them grow, you can pick small bite size leaves or let them get bigger to about 3 to 4 inches across, in the fall you will have berries , which you can dry and replant. The taste is smooth and mild, great cooked or raw in a salad.

Someone asked me if you could eat the berries that come in the fall, after some checking, I only found one place that said they were non toxic and used for dye.
