This is a very cute bustier style cobalt blue crop top fits size small. It may look a little washed out and/or yellow-y picture but my iPod takes sorta bad pictures I assure you it's a vibrant cobalt blue color. Has a black zipper detail NOT an actual zipper just a fake one lol just pulls on and has elastic on top and bottom.

Well it's a crop top so it only comes a couple inches below a normal bra wear it with high wait shorts or over a bathing suit in the summer
