Up for grabs is a hd flat screen "insignia" 19" tft-lcd tv/dvd player. i've listed pics of the serial # and model # etc...
has some scuff marks on the side but barely noticeable. will not power on! so, if your tech or comp savvy then ypu have a great tv coming to you!

it's atleast $10.00 for shipping due to the size it will not fit in small flat rate box

OMG!! Why isn't anyone reading what he's telling you, He's charging 14.65 for shipping, how he ships it is up to him. Get with the program people.And you wouldn't go buy a TV without reading about it first would you? And he already told you it doesn't power on.
