Some straight talk phone models use sims and others don't. I have had 6 straight talk phones and some of them had sims and others did not. Are you sure it can be used for straight talk? When I first signed up, they told me that I could not use a phone from another carrier. But that has been years ago when they first started out. Just wanna make sure before I bid, don't want to get stuck with a phone I cannot use.
Ok to clear up any doubt. GSM phones use the SIM cards CDMA phones don't. And yes Straight talk has both. It depends on your area. Walmart sells both. Also if the model has an s or v at the end it tells you what towers they use. For example GSM-S is a sprint tower Or GSM-V is a verizon tower Same with the CDMA-S and CDMA-V. I had a GSM-S smart phone and had to take it back and exchange for a CDMA-V for it to work in my area. Weird. Also This phone if it is a T-Mobile can not be used for Straight Talk until it is unlocked which can be done. Hope this helps.
Wow, I knew straight talk had sims etc ! Please go to straight talk site it tells you what to do for your area ! You can get a pin or a sim depending on phone ! Plus it will answer so manny ?????? Just to confirm ! This phone will work for Straight Talk!
in some states straight talk "walmart" does'nt use T-MOBIL, tIhey use TRACK FONE like Ohio, but here in Texas we use T-Mobil. And in OHIO they do not use sim cards. but here we do. so it all depends on where you live.
