First of all or that above comment, it is impossible to compare actual money to credits. You just can't do it. HOWEVER, 823 credits is not even close to what this will go for.

Well Nick, first off, you can indeed compare money to credits. I gave been doing Listia since it first started and it comes out to be bout every $1.00 =1000 credits.
