It should be pretty cheap to ship. Go to US Postal website and you can get a free shipping kit...any size and it comes with an envelope that would work perfect for you and it just takes a few stamps

It is just for the ds but if you have a small flat game case it might fit in with the ds. we never used it. I don't have regular size ds to check. we have all dsxl.
