Ok so u have 2 bad feedbacks 1 in 6 months 2nd in 12 months u failed to send a $25 walmart card & never sent this coach purse! The rest is all positive but the rest is smaller less items, can see why amanda is maf she really owns this even though her credits had gotten refunded u wouldn't refund even though u knew u didn't send it she had to wait for longer for listia to do it! U shouldve contacted her ginned it for her and she wouldve gotten it like before shouldve went! Its nice that u changed but trust is earned, I hope u come through this time hon

Yes I have had plenty of gift cards before and I don't remember why I didn't send the $25 one, but we're all not perfect at least I'm not. I'm only human and I make mistakes and I know It was wrong not to send Amanda her purse, but I just got off Listia after that and didn't come back until 5 months later. Her points did get refunded to her by Listia and right now I have negative points, so I'm really trying to come back positive. It's true I should've contacted her before putting back up for auction, but I never thought of that:( It's a new year and I want to start fresh and on the right path. Please do not worry I WILL be sending out the purse this time:)

Nmx, no one is perfect. I should know lol. Just take it in stride and learn as you go. I've found honesty really is the best policy. Some auctions in the past have cost more to ship than I anticipated, so I've had to wait till payday to ship, but buyers have been very understanding so long as I'm honest and include tracking. And if a buyer wants a refund, honor it as quickly as possible or try to fix the issue first, so you can keep positive feedback. I've had negative credits before too, and buyers don't understand that you can't put a GIN when you're in the negative. A previous poster had good advice I hadn't thought of. When resisting something, consider letting previous bidders know. Anyways, don't stress. This is a good auction and you have been very informative. I'm watching :)

Wow so this purse was won amanda? Never got or received credits? Why didn't u put a ticket in to listia? They will usually return credits for that reason! I was gonna bid but not sure now:( how long r straps?

Please read reply I left Amanda1336. Straps are about 9" from the top of the purse to the top of the strap and the whole strap is about 20".

I know I didn't send this to you about 5 months ago when you won it, but I don't want to get too personal in my life and what was going on at the time, but after this 5 month break from Listia and the start of a new year I am ready to start on the right foot.
