First, I'm going to say a few words in defense of stock pictures:
They are well lite, posed, and free of distracting backgrounds. In fact, that is how they are recognized as stock pics.
I use stock pics for 2 very good reasons:
1. When I list an item as "NIB" and don't want to open the box.
2. It's easier.
In this case, however, the item is not sealed. But the pic is fine! All that I could do is attach leads. I think that most of the time people ask for pix of the actual item because they suspect that I don't really have it! Well, I am not scamming. Don't believe me, don't bid. I'm not adding an inferior picture that I would take!

Do those things matter on a Gaming Headset? Are you wearing them to a high society ball? Anyway, I have 2 left. One is wrapped in protective paper, I'm not opening it. I gave the other a good exam, clean as could be.
