USB Cable and Wall Adapter, Rooted Running Strike Supersonic 1.0.3 and Android OS 4.04 ( you can easily install a different custom rom, but that is the only one I found running a stable 4.04 android OS)

Mmm. good question, I will find out real quick and let you know. I remember reading about the issu of the face cameeera when rooting but never checked, since I didn't use that feature. I'll check and post the results. If face time is an app you will probably have to download it from play store.

Sorry, must have overlooked this message earlier. Don't feel dumb. Basically when you "root" a phone you are getting Administrator access to it. When you buy a phone from a cell co. the operating system (Android) is that companys brand of android. When you root it you then have the control to install different ROMs (the operating system) and you can completely customize the way your phone looks. There are also other things you can do. Once again sorry, I didn't mean to overlook your question, and if you want to know more I will gladly help you through private message.

I rooted my EVO yesterday but didn't put any operating system upgrade on it. all the info I found on rooting it was correct except for I had to skip a lot of steps.

If you have root access on it you should get the Strike Supersonic ROM and install it through the recovery manager. Android Forums are
your best friend when it comes to rooting.

it doesn't habe service if that's what you mean, the old phone number and info is still programmed into it. that stuff would be wiped and replaced when flashed for new service.

running Android 4.04 ICS no problems with Bluetooth but the front face camera doesnt work with this Rom. Rom is strike supersonic 1. 0. 3

If they are willing to flash it over it will, but the flash procees may re-lock the bootloader causing the phone to no longer have superuser access. Basically it would still work fine, just possibly no longer be rooted.

cjones1234, the face camera does not work with this rom the regular camera works great though. The stock rom can be put back on the phone to correct this issue if the winner wants, it will still be rooted still, just with stock rom.
