Ill hook you up w/ a freaking awesome burger recipe...get the good burger the 90/10 throw it in a bowl w/ pkg onion soup worschestershire,country bobs sauce, minced garlic. Put BUTTER in your non stick skillet get it HOT HOT HOT. throw in the patties on the outside of the raw side up throw italian season on it & use some black peppercorn bacon & some emmeril original seasoning the fish n chicken new orlean stuff at dollar tree is the same...
Get it kinda well done and crispy on the outsides....on each side then turn the heat down a little below medium...and put a lid on it...ull have to keep looking in on it and smooshing it down w/ the flipper cause w/ the lid it will puff up fat...you can throw in mushrooms n onions...I like to put some beef broth in w/ the burger cooking to give it extra flavor...
get urself some THICK hickory smoked bacon....some raspberry chipolte sweet baby rays bbp sause...some chipolte rance dressing (forget who makes it its at walmart) lettuce tomato pickle n purple onions I make texas roadhouse style rolls to make them on....Oh n we use hot pepper cheese on them
