Keep a buckeye nut in your pocket as a "lucky piece." They're also good to be used as worry stones. The smoothness of them feels good to rub and relieves you of your worries, at least for the moment. Some believe that they increase the bearer's sexual power, and is thought by many people in the eastern and southern United States to be a sure preventive of rheumatism, arthritis, or headache. While others believe that a buckeye in the pocket is reputed to increase one's supply of pocket money. Someone told me that to oil them, try rubbing them alongside your nose, where the human skin does indeed produce a nice oil, But, I haven't ever done this to them myself. These are in the same condition that I got them in many years ago.

This auction is for 1 ziploc bag of 30 various sized lucky buckeyes. (The 1st picture shows them spread out, and the 2nd picture is just to show them in the ziploc bag.) Also, I made one of them into a necklace pendant. You can see that one with a gold metal necklace piece attached to it in the pictures. You could use these for crafts or just to carry around in your pocket for luck.
