This phone does work but screen is cracked badly and touch screen does'nt work properly
but other than that it is unlocked and can be used if screen is replaced
phone takes sim and micro sd
good battery
takes great pics
no charger

the mall where i'm from will replace it for $45 but might be difrent in your area but i guess its more expensive at at&t store

What kind of charger and does touch screen work at all

it's the kind that most att phones take. i don't really know how to describe it. it does respond to touch but it is misfunctioning and does not respond to some things. you will have to have the screen replace (fixed) before you can use this phone.
and i will post pics of the type of charger it takes.
