Very unique and grabs a LOT of ATTENTION! This beautiful piece can be worn as a headband with the Bling-Bling on top or side or as a choker with the flowing ribbons of the scarf hanging down your back. It also makes a great belt and the bling has a clasp (shown in the picture) so you can wear it around your wrist and let it flow as you dance across the floor!

Except for special circumstances, all my auctions are now FREE SHIPPING! I will not, however, track packages unless you pay for priority or flat-rate mail. Tracking on free-ship items requires a 40-mile round-trip to the post office, so tracking is only available with Click N Ship through USPS. Listia allows 7 days for shipping, but I try to mail out the next day or ASAP.
