This is a very pretty ring! It has a Marquise Cut Blue Topaz in the middle of the ring with 12 White Topaz stones around it! The Blue Topaz is a size 5mm by 7mm-
and the 12 White Topaz Stones are 1.5mm each very nice design! I am not sure, it is White Gold Plated- I think plated rings can't be made bigger but, maybe can be filled to be made smaller! Only a Jeweler would know for sure- Thanks

Can't be sized by melting process but can get a metal sizer too make smaller!
