The starfish charm is made of Tibetan silver (which has no real silver in it), patterned on one side, plain on the other. It is a bright silver even though it is not as bright as silver plate.

The secret to my elegant designs is ONE color scheme with a few color charms, filled with textured silver or white and a dangle or two.
