Description

The listing, Easter Cactus 20 seeds Great as Houseplant has ended.

I have 20+ seeds of the Easter Cactus. Very beautiful, can be a great houseplant or tropical outdoor plant.

Tropical/ Tender Perennials (Cactus and Succulents)
Height: 12-18 in.

Hardiness:
USDA Zone 10a: (30 °F)
USDA Zone 10b: (35 °F)
USDA Zone 11: above 40 °F

Sun Exposure: Light Shade

Bloom Color: Pink, Rose/Mauve, Scarlet (Dark Red)

Bloom Time: Late Winter/Early Spring, Mid Spring

This plant is suitable for growing indoors
Average Water Needs; Water regularly; do not overwater

Very different from the desert cacti, Easter Cactus requires higher humidity and moisture, since their forest dwelling Epiphyte ancestors actually live in the branches of trees in the rainforests of southeastern Brazil.

I will mail them with padding to prevent crushing. Good luck! :)

Hi--I haven't tried to grow them from seed yet myself, but I've seen a couple websites that say its pretty easy. Thank you! I fanned back.
