it's only been 8-9 months for me, but it's not all that hard all I do for the most part is try to find items that people would need and use most like gift cards others items for the home or skin care works also. The math I use for the price paid for my item are listed as $1.00 = 1,000 credits, let's say your item is a gift card with a value of $10.00 list it for 10,000 but know it will take a lot of auctions to get to my level as fast as I did you will need to get fully *Verified and bidders have to trust in your service by the *Badges you get over time also keep 100% positive feedback. Hope it helps get you started on the right track. Oh also do not offer free shipping on any item over 13OZ. it will break your bank super fast. Use tracking for everything you ship and get your self a PayPal account for your shipping fees. Look up the rules down at the end of this page. Sure wish I had this much help when I first started.(^_^)

Yes that's the math used, you can even use 5000 to each $1 your item is worth if your just starting out you will gain more trust by bidders and get more sales but you must also do your part and give the winners your best service and items so that they will return for more of your cool items that's the key to success in the auction world. I have this exact same sewing machine and, let me just say, it's incredible!!!! I have hardly ever had any trouble with it. With the exception of it falling off the table and the bobbin winder breaking off, once I got the hang of it, I have made my family clothes, purses, quilts and more. This machine has the capability to make such interesting patterns and detail. I want this one because I messed mine up; I misaligned the needle when I tightened the screws in the back, and the needle went strait through the bobbin case and cracked it. I COULD just replace the bobbin case and winder.... OR I can save my points and get one of these in the future. lol
