I agree with Runner I was thinking of bidding and i will not now because of false info in Description , I believe that Listia should take this down, and have it re-posted with CORRECT info. Sad, Glad i read the comments before i bid .......

I like honest sellers on Listia, but I don't believe in false advertising!! You state through the whole auction that this phone is 100% working, promise to list other phones to get ur credits up, then wait til it reaches 1000 credits to inform the buyers that this phone now also doesn't have a battery. That is false advertising, as a 100% working phone will have all it needs to be used NOW, not have to purchase some parts to make it work. Yes, U can use it by plugging it in, but most people DON'T use a cell phone soley at home!! I have bought several phone batteries, and they are not $10, they range from $20-$40. Next time U list, make sure to tell all the quirks of the device in the description, and don't wait until the bidders have wasted their hard earned/bought credits to tell them that they will have to spend more money upon winning the auction just to use ur device!!!!

OK so if you guys are having a problem about this this go ahead report it to listia!!! Runnerdanny I don't know where you come from but in New York there are a few stores that sells brand new batteries and other accessories to their customers at a very low price!!! I'm not trying to be a sneaky person but I honestly just realized the battery wasn't good as soon as I started charging the phone... and I'm truly sorry for that! And I really should've checked the phone out before I posted this!If I could I would send some money to the winner for the cost of the battery but that's not acceptable on listia! again I am truly sorry!

Who ever wins this auction would have to buy i brand new battery for this phone which shouldn't be no more than $10. The charger needs to be in the phone in order to cut it on. But other than that the phone is working 100%
