what they are are sorta like a plastic sheet that already has the design painted on the sheet, then when you apply the painted side of the sheet to the surface that you want your design on, wall, furniture, boxes, or whatever and rub the sheet and then the design comes off on your desired surface. Its real paint. And durable. Actually these are super neat. And work well. Each package has 3 or 12 sheets each. They are very cool for decorating and they go for between 13 and 20 dollars a pack.
