Yes, I combine shipping. I weigh all the items together and with your zip code give you the cheapest shipping avaliable. I obtain the quotes from the USPS website. Sometimes I can still ship a few small items within the $3-4, sometimes it's not much more, just depends on the item(s). Thanks and good luck!
