READ BEFORE BIDDING / COMMENTING. I am giving you all the information I know about this phone. Do not ask a question I have answered below. If you need reviews or more information, I suggest you Google search it.
-This auction includes: phone, wall charger, quickstart guide, & user manual. This phone is a touchscreen. It does not use a stylus. It uses the heat from your finger. You can use a microsd card. It will not work with any microsd card larger than 32gb. No, I do not have a microsd card for this phone. It has a pull-out qwerty keyboard. Use the phone to: check email, instant message, listen to music and watch music videos, take pictures and videos, download games, graphics, applications, ringtones, and answertones.
-I bought this phone December 2008 and stopped using it March 2009 (it is too bulky for me). There are small scratches on the phone & screen (which don't affect the touchscreen) because I did not keep it in a carrying case.
-This is an AT&T phone. I do not know if this phone can be unlocked for another network. I highly doubt it since At&T is the maker of the phone.
-I don't know how long the battery will last. I used the phone last weekend to make sure it still worked and it was fine. I rarely use my phone, so the battery lasted all weekend on one charge. Obviously, if you live on your phone, the battery will not last as long.
-I did a master clear on the phone this morning to return it to factory settings.
-No, I will not lower the days.
-No, I will not ship international.

It's a great phone. I didn't like how bulky it was, so I put it away. I don't think I used it enough to really have any major complaints. But you are right, no phone is perfect.

my only problems I had when I had one of these was you can't blutooth phone to another phone to send mp3s and stuff. The other was I had to tap harder to get touchscreen to work. AT&T sales person did tell me about the fire issue. It wasn't just when being charged. but figured they wou;d recall and fix it. It does have 3G network not just Edge. (like anyother phone if you get good signal.) Mp3s sound good on it.

I hope this answers your question, if it doesn't let me know. I had to research what an IMEI # was (sorry, I won't lie, I had no idea what it was). When I bought this phone my upgrade option wasn't available and I needed a new phone. So, I purchased this phone outright from ATT, and the guy told me I wouldn't be on a contract because I didn't buy the phone with my account.

It should. I took mine out of the phone I currently use and put it in here to use and it worked. I also used my husband's sim card, and his worked.
