Hi, Can you tell me the condition of the shirt and also are you a smoke free home? Sorry for all of the ?' s but it's for my Mom and she' s asthmatic and smoke really bothers her. It's such a pretty top, she will love it!

The condition is good, I don't see any stains or holes. I agree with your mom, I have mild asthma also, so our home is smoke free also. Hope this helps.
