No. The cards are signed by the players for the card companies. Then placed in packs, and you buy packs and get them. Thats why it says Authentic signature on front. Cards out of packs are called Certified. Cards people get signed are called In Person or IP. Cards Signed by mail ar called TTM. I will be listing more autographed cards today.
