Thank you for the welcome. :) The tee, from armpit to armpit, is 16.5 inches. It's in good condition. It has been worn+washed so it's a bit faded.

That works. That's usually about what I pay to ship a shirt. Although I use these durable plastic bags that make shipping cheaper cuz they weigh next to nothing.
