They are brand new. I just had to change my diet for medical reasons, and gluten free is so helpful!!! I feel much better.

My mom has a medical condition that makes her allergic to gluten, wheat, barley, rye, and oat and a few other things plus vein diabetic. I didn't know they had these books.
