Description

The listing, ANTIQUE two-sided photo pendant 14KT chain has ended.

Antique two-sided photo necklace.
Pendant is of unknown metal and is 1" in size.
Chain clasp is marked "14KT" and also with an old jewelry maker mark mark (both barely visible in last photo).

The maker mark is an "N" with either an "F" or an E," both surrounded by what could be a capital "C" or a circle.

Each photo shows age cracks under what is still an uncracked, basically undamaged smooth and clear surface.

The 14K chain and clasp are in fine working condition.

I am not familiar what else to describe about this kind of antique, so feel free to ask questions and I'll dio my best to answer!

I always wrap all items carefully for shipping via U.S. mail, and always provide each winner with a tracking number.

there are no marks on the pendant, but the coppery color of it suggests that it isn't gold. I didn't want to put any chemical cleaners on it to find out -- too much chance that I would damage something!

agreed, treasureqwest, agreed. My sister was a consignment store and antique-fair junkie -- a collector of cool "antiquey" things... but we only conversed about a few of them. (She lived all the way across the country from me.)
I bet there's a heck of a story attached to it: Like, are the pictures of husband and child? Or of a child who became a young man? Perhaps even of a brother and sister... but Lord pity the mother! What a gap in child-rearing years that would be! LOL

I don't have a magnet in the house, that I know of! All I know is that the chain's clasp is marked 14K.
