The listing, 00 Gauge Kaos Earskins Plugs Tunnels has ended.
These are ultra violet (glow under black light) Kaos ear skins. One of them has some damage on it (as seen in picture). I think my puppy got into my jewelry box (I leave it on the floor in my room) however I have cleaned them both thoroughly and even the damaged one is still wearable.
Wait. I'm not trying to sabotage your auction but I'm trying to keep you from a lawsuit. As a licensed piercer I will say this, since your dog has chewed on the tunnels, it has left openings in the silicone that when worn, your ears cells/skin will graft to the jewelry and grow basically attached to it. Once that happens your skin will have to be surgically cut away from the piece of jewelry damaging your ears permanently. Hence why they say "Buy non Porous material" so your skin doesn't grow into the pours or house bacteria which is exactly what those damages will do. You can still wear one of them. Bid at your own risk.
You should only wear silicone in HEALED piercings to begin with. A healed piercing with not 'grow into' a plug. If a healed piercing could grow into any porous material than tons of people would have to have wood plugs surgically removed from their ears. Also, the damage is on the flare that sticks out of your ear NOT the wearable area. Your fistula (the inside of your piercing) wont ever come into extended contact with the damaged area. That much is pretty obvious from the pic. I know you were trying to be helpful but just because you pierce people doesnt mean you know ear stretching.
I do know ear stretching, its required to study at my shop. Wooden plugs have a sealent on them. So your ears are healed, okay. Your skin won't graft. That damage still harbors loads of bacteria that no matter what you do, cannot be cleaned. Unless put through an autoclave.
All you have to do is wash them in antibacterial soap. the only things that wont come off with antibacterial soap are crazy nasty diseases like hepatitis which i assure you neither me, nor my dog have. Also, so what? If whoever gets these is that paranoid then they can autoclave them but im glad you admit that everything you said before about them growing into your ear is wrong. Also, good wood plugs don't have a sealant on them (why deal with all those chemicals?) theyre just polished to a high shine. What's more, if you didnt know that healed ears piercings have no risk of 'growing into' your plugs then you need to find someone better to study ear stretching from. seriously, are you coming on my listing just to make my stuff look bad, because it's perfectly safe and i wouldnt sell it if it wasnt.
