There is all kinds of Tamales my Mom does:
-Chicken or Pork with Chile Rojo
-Chicken or Pork with Chile Verde
-Mozzerela Cheese
-Mozzerela Cheese with Jalapenos
Sorry I can't take real pictures of the tamales until my mom makes them again, but thats pretty much how they look like.
