The listing, Very old and beautiful apron has ended.

I bought this apron at a friends great grandmothers estate. It is hand made. I hung it up as a curtain along with a different one in the kitchen window. Where I live now there is no kitchen window and I'm not good at wearing aprons. As you can see it is a lovely shade of pink with embroiled a string of small flowers until it gets to the pocket where there is a large orange flower. The bottom is gathered into small pleats The ties are very long which makes it easy to tie a bow behind you. Shipping is free

When looking at it you'd think it has to be machine but in fact it is all hand done. The woman whose home where the estate sale was held had many pieces that were out of this world and out of my budget.The woman I knew was 55 and it was her great grandmothers. The whole apartment was like walking into an antique store.

The work on the apron looks machine done it is so perfect but it is all hand made. It is a perfect example of pride in ones work. The woman who owned it and made it had just passed at 87 and she did many pieces of fine hand work. I'm glad to see you bidding, it is the only way to win good luck
