They are practically New =) if You hold them real close to the light You can see maybe a half a mark or so on any of My Movies I put up for Auction =) I would NEVER put anything up that was scratched up and would not play well. & You by no means are being rude, this is something You may or may not Bid on, I hope You do, and You have every right to ask questions and be informed on what You are in a sense buying =)

I am not sure but there is a pretty explicit booklet about the DVD's inside but I can't find anything about points??? Maybe I am looking in the wrong place??? Sorry =(
