This is especially for everyone who has elk hamburger left over after hunting season and you're not quite sure what to make with it. I never grew up eating elk or deer because I couldn't get the picture of Bambi and his relatives out of my head. This recipe changed my mind. My daughter fixed this one night for dinner and MADE me try it.
