While your dog is standing measure from the front edge of the small pads to the back edge of the pads, DO NOT MEASURE NAILS, using a piece of paper is easiest to measure, just draw a line in front and the back and measure. I hope that helps. I am sure the small would fit as I have a pit mix and she wears a medium and her paws are big.
