I did not find the list,and I assume you mean the music on your phone.I am not a tech guy and my phone is a piece and the item is brand new so I did not try it let alone use it with my phone.I will take out the users guide

Well you turn it on and your phone and they find each other and when they do you put the head set in your ear,when you get a call touch a button on the headset and start talking.Its a hands free way to use your phone.its cool you just have to be with in 33 feet of your phone and thats how it works.

They are usually so engrossed in talking on the phone they wouldnt notice, like they dont notice the light turning red or green or the car stopping in front of them or the car coming when they go to turn!
