This is a fabulous maxx new york tan color naugahyde/vinyl fabric handbag.
it is tan with a brown shoulder strap and trim.
this bag has three one main compartment with a zipper pocket on the one side and two slide pockets on the other side for cellphone, etc.
the bag closes on the top with a zipper.
it has two outside pockets in the outer front, one open and the other closes over the top.
the inside is fully lined with colorful fabric.
it measures
8" high, 13 1/2" across and 4" deep.
the shoulder strap hang 13 inches from the shoulder and is adjustable and detachable.

inside is a metal tag with "maxx ny".

this bag has been used gently, and is in excellent condition inside and out.
