I have installed and reinstalled my Sims 3 games so many times. The code can only be REGISTERED one time. For installation on a PC it can be used multiple times.

I think the confusion was in regards to the Only One Sims.com account. Sim games can be used over and over on many computers, but to register it on the sims site can only be used once. Fanned & watching. Hope that helps.

so on the back, by the bottom: it doesn't say registration is limited to 1 EA account per serial code???

That is reffering to registering online with the sims.com, for the sim points and online extras. The serial code for the game will work for installing and playing the game. It is set up the same for all the sims 3 games, expansions, world and stuff packs.
