Large, French-style shallots. Teardrop-shaped bulbs have warm coppery-red skins and very firm, creamy-white flesh. Complex yet delicate flavor perfect for salad dressings, sauces, soups or any dish. Suitable for long storage through the spring. These seeds are packed for 2013.

Sow directly outdoors in full sun. 100 days to maturity.
