Nope, I can't find any wattage, just power levels. It looks like most cooking times given for items vary between 2-4 minutes which would seem right between different wattage.

Hmm, that seems about right. I always used to go right in the middle within a given range to make frozen meals. Oh, also do you know the ISBN, and how many pages does it have? Thanks!

I don't see an ISBN. I'm beginning to think that it was included with a new microwave back in the day, lol. There is a Pub. No. 49-4665 and a Part No. 862A691P17. I can also find a copyright General Electric Co. 1984. It has 49 pages, 2-14 are cooking charts, and 18-48 are microwave recipes (all the pages not listed are the contents, index, and utensils safe for the microwave).
